2.Is the lighting encased or out of reach so a criminal couldnt disconnect or disarm it?

Doors
1.Do you have security doors that are reinforced or simply doors that could easily be pushed open or kicked in?

2.Is there glass on your door a burglar could break to gain access to the inside lock?

3.Do all doors have deadbolts?

Windows
1.Do all of your windows have security locks on them?

2.Are valuable out of sight of your windows? Theres no sense in tempting a burglar to rob your home.

Alarm Systems
1.Do you have a home security system?

2.Do you advertise the fact you have a home security system by placing the signs in your yard and stickers on your windows. Chances are upon seeing you have a home security system a burglar will choose to rob another home over yours.
